Processes of evaporation, mass-transport and condensations in quasi-closed volume with temperature-gradient walls are explored. Are developed the blanket legitimacies of formation of the structure and composition of nanostructures. It is studied the influence of gas-dynamical steam of streamon topology structure lead and tin telluride nano-grain-films and nanocrystals. Are carried out the complex examinations of legitimacies of scattering and uptake of radiation partially-ranked 0D and 2D structures from PbTe and SnTe nano-particles with a different topology. Spectral characteristics of the nano-grain films of lead and tin tellurides with different topology types of nanostructures by methods of the Raman and IR-spectroscopy are studied.
