Karazin popup.description2 Object of research - structures created by nano-sized silver particles in photosensitive films on glass substrates, and structures implanted into quartz glass. Purpose of work - development and creation of new substrates on basis of structures of nano-sized silver particles to observe Raman scattering amplified. Methods of research - vacuum preparation of photosensitive AgCl-Ag films, obtaining the periodical structures (PS) under action of laser radiation, study laser radiation characteristics, implantation of structures into quartz glass, spectral and microscopical measurements, microscopy of the structures, and theoretical description of PS and colloidal absorption of light by silver particles. Research efforts resulted in systematization of laser implantation methods for the case of silver particles implantation into thin waveguide films of chlorous silver. The implantation is needed to create isotropic, anisotropic or periodical structures. Thermostimulated implantation of isotropic colloid into amorphous quartz by CO2 laser beam is realized for the first time. We have developed optical schemes of observation of laser beam interference to study spectral and polarization instabilities of laser radiation and to study capability of PS development with these lasers. Methods of forming self-diffraction and observation of two-dimensional regular PS are proposed. We realized thermostimulated implantation of PS into quartz. The structures were induced by laser beam in AgCl-Ag film deposited on the quartz surface. Researches of PS structure were conducted with TEM and AFM microscopy. Theoretical conceptions on light interaction with light were considered. For metal particles, correlations were introduced to describe plasma bands of light absorption and particle-medium interaction. Results of observations of Raman scattering are presented for the case of scattering by organic monomolecular layers on surface of photosensitive AgCl-Ag films.
