New method of thermo and electrical state assessment is developed. New method of energy balance calculation is developed on the base of numerical simulation and experimental investigation. On the basis of developed energy saving measures it was proposed two types of redesigned electrolysers with increasing capacity of aluminium production: one of them - with selfburning anode; another one - with preburning anodes.
