The purpose of the work consists in a development of recommendations concerning an infrastructure of manufacture and supply solid fuel from straw to inhabitants, a substantiation of amount of economy or replacement of fuel and energy resources on a national scale which will be provided as a result of implementation of this work, a development of specifications on the pressed fuel from straw, substantiations of dimension-types and requirements of boiler installations for straw burning, development of recommendations about selection of the equipment for baled straw that using as fuel. The project of specifications on the pressed fuel from straw and proposals concerning an infrastructure of manufacture and supply solid fuel from straw to inhabitants are developed. Indicators of amount of economy or replacement of fuel and energy resources on a national scale are shown. The quantity of boilers which usetraditional fuel and can be replaced by straw fired boilers, and also fuel and energy resources are estimated. Recommendations concerning using of the necessary equipment for baled straw stocking, its loading, transportation, unloading and straight using as fuel are reported.
