Basic laws governing the primary crystallization of modified and micro-alloyed cast irons and special steels (high-temperature (oxidation-resistant) and wear-resistant) of different chemical composition are established. The dualistic and fluctuation theories of mechanism and kinetics of the structurization of the modified and micro-alloyed alloys during the crystallization in the foundry mold are confirmed. The principles of control are developed and the mathematical models of structurization and prognostication of the properties of the modified and micro-alloyed metal of castings depending on the relationship of the technological parameters are created. Proposals on the variation of the parameters in the technological processes of modification and microalloying of alloys for the purpose of an increase in their special and technological properties are prepared.
