Possibility of substantial decline of the harmful influencing of admixtures of iron and silicon on properties of casting alloys of the Al-Mg-Zn system is shown, due to alloying by a beryllium and complex of heat treatment. Positive efficiency of temperature-temporal treatment, efficiency and maximum values of power and hydrogen treatment of fusions of experimental aluminium alloys, is set. The physics-technological methods of process control of forming of structure and properties of aluminium alloys in founding are developed.
