The increasing of electromagnetic stirring intensity by the way increasing electric current in electromagnetic stirrer to 500 A provides raising solidification speed of billets from 5% to 10%, reduction of width columnar dendrites from 10% to 20%, reducing porosity of axial zone from 0,5 mark to 1,5 mark.
