On the basis of thermodynamic data optimization procedure the thermodynamic calculation of the Mg-B and Mg-B-O systems phase diagrams at 2 GPa was performed. It's proved that five invariant equilibria are in the Mg-B system, two of them are eutectic, one - peritectic and one - the maximum of univariant eutectic line.
