Research purpose -- theoretical and experimental ground of machineries of self-regulation of structure of artificial populations of insects. For experimental verification of the positions pulled out the selection-genetic methods of selection of insects are used . Novelty -- it is proved first, that at the protracted selection related to the changes of structural parameters of population, the machineries directed to the return to optimum for the survival in the given terms to the population structure work. Action of biological law about communication of level of viability of populations of insects with intensity of display of basic vital taxes is experimentally proved first (hemotaxis, fototaxis). It determines success of adaptation of populations in a variable environment.
