Karazin popup.description2 Objects of study: continuous nano-films and nano-clustered films of Cu-Sn system. The aim of the work: investigation of reactive diffusion and of phase formation regularity in the technologically important Cu-Sn system with the predicted structure element size, as well as investigation of the morphology evolution of nano-structures during the annealing process. As the object of investigations was thin-film samples of front-type in which Sn and Cu films were joining by fronts with little overlap. The grain size of Cu-films was varied by the conditions of thin films preparation. The methods of guided vacuum condensation of the thin-film couples with nano-sized of grains are developed. The phase formation in the volume and on the surface of massive polycrystalline couples kinetics is investigated. The phase formation in the thin-film Cu-Sn couples kinetics is investigated on dependence of the films thickness and of the grain size. The theoretical models of the surface and grain boundary reaction diffusion in thin-film nanostructures are developed. The results of this work may be used for development of diffusion in nano-materials theory, which controls so important processes of modern nano-technologies as sintering, phase transformations, electric- and thermo-migration, superplastic deformation, as well as synthesis and producing of new composite nano-materials.
