It is shown that joint use of transistor (IGBT) generators of pulses and step-up pulsed transformers allows to extend functional possibilities of high-voltage pulsed plants Mathematical model of pulsed corona discharge with enlarged zone of ionization has been developed. The hypothesis has been formulated that direct electron impact becomes the main mechanism of dissociation of molecules of many gaseous substances if electrons in PCDEZI get energy 10eV and more due to strong electrical field. Using of PCD is prospective for many fields of industry and has big export potential. In the work, the PCD investigation traditions, including PCDEZI, have been continued.
