The considerable lack of heterozygous genotypes is set on this stage of ontogenesis. An allelic structure incident to the adult trees of Picea abies is fully reproduced in their seed offspring. In the samples of seed embryos the level of the observed heterozygosity is considerably below, than at the maternal plants. The analysis of the mating system of trees of Picea abies from Ukrainian Polesiye exhibited that frequency of multilocus estimations of outcrossing (tm) had been 73 %, that considerably greater than in Carpathians populations. On the average this index was 67,7 %, that is low estimation for populations of species from family of Pinaceae Lindl. It is set that in populations of Picea abies, both in Ukrainian Polesiye and in Ukrainian Carpathians, inbreeding is causedby self-pollination. To be revealed, that excess homozygous genotypes in offspring generation of populations of Picea abies is reflected on the mating system is almost double exceeding of value of actual coefficient of inbreeding above in theory expected one.
