The most important results are the following:-It was shown that incorporation of magnetic component into HgSe crystal lattice leads to creation of ferromagnetic inclusions, with ordering and number increases when magnetic component concentration is increased. Then hind of semimagnetic semiconductors can be basis for generation of structures type of ferromagnetic semiconductor - nonmagnetic semiconductor. -It was shown that CrxHg1-xSe, CdCrHgSe structures, grown by magnetron deposition and pulsed laser ablation, are characterized by good properties and very sensitive to external magnetic fields.
