The domestic and foreign experience of organisation of children and youth continuous involvement throughout a year has been analysed. 2. The model of a socially active All Year School has been constructed functioning in the system of secondary schools of the city of Kyiv as well as mechanisms of its implementation, namely: - the concepts of all year education; - the programmes analyzing the capabilities of districts in meeting pupils' various interests, requests and needs; - the methods of analysis and assessment of education and development needs of a school community embracing pupils, parents, educators. - the methods of constructing a single complex of the All Year School employing educational, cultural and health protecting potential both of an education establishment and a district which is aimed at meeting these needs throughout a year. 3. The concepts and standard programmes of the functioning of components of the All Year School: - all week school - all day school - summer recreation andpersonal development school 4. The standard principles were elaborated and theoretical and methodological fundamentals were given to the functioning of: - volunteer units consisting of senior pupils of the All Year School; - work groups of pupils and their associations by interests; - tutor associations of pupils. 5. The theoretical and methodological support of All Year School activities has been made. 6. The criteria of the assessment of the efficiency of the All Year School project have been worked out. 7.
