The purpose of work - development of highly effective burners - regenerators for deep recycling heat of combustion products of industrial furnaces. Improvement of offered technology on the skilled and trial equipment with definition of optimum design data and operating modes. Methods of research - gathering, ordering and the analysis of the literary and analytical data concerning application of various types of regenerative burners, circuits, the constructive device and efficiency of use of corresponding type of a burner on high-temperature thermo technological furnace unit. Result of work - it is shown, that heating of air of burning up to the temperatures close to temperatures in working space that takes place in shoкt cycle regenerative игктукы, enables to save fuel more than on 15 … 30 % in comparison with systems of heating witha recuperator, and reduction of size of operating ratio of heat of fuel (actually reduction of power efficiency) in case of regenerative игктукы, occurs more slowly in the set interval of temperatures, than at use of recuperators. Use in quality as heat utilizer the equipment with compact regenerators, due to the small geometrical sizes, can be established actually on any high-temperature unit without its essential reconstruction instead of a usual burner is shown, that, enable to fully automate management of thermal process of the high-temperature unit with maintenance of high economic parameters in a wide working range, carrying out, thus, function heat generate and heat utilize unit of the furnace.
