The peculiaritis of heat exchange by high-speed gas heating of metals as alternative of electrical induction heating are investgated, economical advantage of gas heating is conformed. Recomendations on combination of gas and electrical heating are developed. Theoretical investigation of nonstationary conductive heat exchange in multy layer heat insulation constructions conformably to steel casting ladles are provided. The bases for regulation of ladles heating are created. The energy saring equipment-burners systems and recuperators - is developed, produced and delivered to the plant. Calculations are made and schemes of experimental installations are developed for catalitic combustion investigation conformably to combustion chambers of gas turbines; preliminary investigations on catalizer choise are provided.
