The aim: To study some hormonal mechanisms of the body mass regulation in persons, who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe. Methods: clinical, laboratoryal, antropometric, biochemical, radioimmunologicale, mathematical, statistical. Hormone levels in a certain brain structure, of the fat tissue, of the pancreas, of the thyroid gland, of the lipid, of the glukose, of the glycated hemoglobin concentrations were determined, were studied endocrine and endocrine assotiatied diseases in persons with a redundant body mass, who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe. Disturbances of lipid metabolism depended on body weight and were accompanied by more evident proaterogenic changes of lipid contents in blood serum that was tightly associated with anomalies of carbohydrate metabolism. A certain peculiarities changes of a hormone regulation of body mass were found in persons of basis group. It was shown, that persons in the comparison group had physiologic reaction – increase of alfa-MSH proportionally to the increase of the body mass, however persons , who suffered from the consequences of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe this mechanism of power adaptation was disturbed – increase of alfa-MSH was not observed. For the first time the regularity was shown, which makes a difference of the brain, which was exposed to the influence of Chornobyl nuclear power station catastrophe in comparison with the brain that was not irradiated. This differenceis characterised by the disturbancies of mechanisms of power adaptation in the system of proopiomelanocortyne, which put obstacles the body mass increase. This causis the changes of integral regulation of power balance and of food behaviour. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
