Method of research - conduction of research and measurement on state standards of Ukrmetrteststandard, execution their results by procedur of international comparison with using documents and guides of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM), regional metrological organisations (RMO) to questions of the conduction of comparisons of national standards, analizing of obtain results of comparisons of state standards, analizing of procedures acceptance for calibration and measurement capabilities (СМС) of national metrological institute (NMI). Main results of research: realize of interpretation and scientific and technical editing of the documents of BIPM, regional organizations COOMET and EUROMET to question of the conducting of comparisons of the national standards and execution of results of the comparisons; prepared and/or coordinated draft of the technical protocols (TP) by conducting of comparisons state standards, which keeping in Ukrmetrtetsstandard, conducting of research and measurement by procedure of international comparison, which provide coordinated of TP, anilyzed obtein results of comparisons of state standards.
