Research results: The scenarios of development of world to 2020 year are grounded; are certain basic tendencies and factors, that affect their forming; the countries-leaders of economic development are certain ; are certain new technological changes; the global and regional threats of development are grounded; potential of development of economy of Ukraine and place of Ukraine among the countries of world and region in 2020 is certain; the weak and strong sides of the Ukrainian economy, threats and favourable possibilities, for economic development are analysed ; the indexes of competitiveness are analysed and aims are grounded, priorities, indicators of achievement of purpose taking into account eurointegration processes in the direction of reduction of negative consequences of demographic crisis, development of education, health care, spirituality and culture, safety of vital functions, employment, social defence and others like that; priorities of forming of all constituents of the innovative system of development of Ukraine are offered. Suggestions in relation to the increase of competitiveness of spheres of economy and increase of efficiency of the use of natural resource potential and accordingly prospects of development of agrarian production and providing of Ukraine by energoresursami in accordance with modern world tendencies are given.
