Vernadsky University popup.description2 Investigated object is epitaxial ferrite-garnet films with different types of magnetic anisotropy. Main methods of investigations are: magneto-optic, inductive-frequency, ferromagnetic resonance, electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy. Experimental samples of films with "easy plane", "angle phase" and uniaxial anisotropy types were grown by means of liquid phase epitaxy method. Regularities of domain structure behavior in homogenous and non-homogenous magnetic fields were made clear. Magnetic irregularities on the films surface and domain structures having period less than the order in comparison with magneto-optically obtainable domain structure were find out. Recommendations in these films use for making sensors and transducers for complicated topology magnetic fields visualization are worked out.
