The complex of the methods for the simulations of the physical properties of dielectric materials, based on the electrostatic approach, is released, the models of the cubic phase of BaTiO3 and FeBO3 are developed. The surface magnetic effects in iron borate crystals were investigated and the possibility of the using of the surface layers as the media for the data storage with high density of recording is showed. As the acoustic birefringence in FeBO3 crystals was investigated, as the frequency dependence of the sound amplitude and acoustic resonance into the nonunifirmly magnetized sample.
