Vernadsky University popup.description2 It was found that synaptic connections exist between visceral ganglion and right parietal ganglion of visceral arch of snails. It was proven that pacemaker neurons are the objects of synaptic influence from other neurons. In addition, three pairs of synaptically connected autonomic ganglion neurons have been found out. A comparison of the plastic properties of these synaptic connections revealed that a synapse of RPa2 neuron has the greatest plasticity. It was discovered that the change of conductivity of a membrane neurons for ions Na, Ca, K and Cl causes neurotropic effect of benzodiazepines, glycopeptides and their new derivatives. It was shown that incell cyclic nucleotides are involved in realization of neurotropic effects of salts of cyclic carbonyl acids. The presence and orientation of antistress, anxiolitic and antidepressant action of tested derivatives were determined. It was proven that 2,3,4,5-tetrahidro-1Н-1,5-benzodiazepine-2 reduces uneasiness and depression after unitary introduction in rats in volume 0,2 ml in dozes of 25-50 mg/kg. Acetylsalicylate zinc have antidepressant activity. N-uronoil-derivative amino acids have weak anxiolitic and antidepressant effects. The opportunity of use of the investigated substances of classes bezimidazoles, benzodiazepines, N-uronoil-derivative amino acids and salts of salicylic and acetylsalicylic acids for further use in preclinical and clinical research in pharmacology and medicine is shown. For bemitil, tranquillization and anxiolitic effects caused by its intervention in monoamine exchange were shown. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
