Methods: clinical, psychological (IPH methods of investigation, minicomposition “My health”, association test, “Attitude to health” questionnaire by R.O. Beresovskaya, Lusher’s test, Freiburg questionnaire of attitude to the disease, and “Types of attitude to the disease” methodology), expert evoluation of attitude to health and disease carried out by physicians.Theoretical and practical results: some peculiarities in IPH of adolescents depending on the type of somatic disease were determined; a technology for evaluation of adolescents’ notions about their own health was worked out; stages and content of psychological support programs for adolescents with chronic somatic diseases were substantiated. Novelty: there were singled out IPH types in adolescents with chronic somatic diseases; there were worked out methods for evaluating adolescents attitude to their own health, and there were extended notions on IPH and inward picture of disease (IPD) in adolescents with chronic diseases. Effectiveness: the proposed approach for psychological support of adolescents with chronic somatic diseases can improve the quality of integrated medico-psychological rehabilitation of adolescents under conditions of in-patient clinic.
