Objective: to work out a technology and to develop an automated system for social and hygienic monitoring of schoolchildren's health for integrated estimation and prognostication of the health status of children and for their sanitation under condition of the combined impact of in-school unfavorable environmental factors. Methods: longitudinal clinical, sanitary and hygienic, sociologic, physiologic and hygienic, psychologic, and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of longitudinal studies there was established the influence of the level of health preserving behaviour in a person on the dynamics of physical development and mental capacity in senior schoolchildren, when they were capable to come to conscientious decisions as regards locomotor activity and organization of their personal day-regimen. There was revealed a dependence of formation of health-preserving behaviour models and of spreadingharmful habits upon the place of residence. There was shown the expediency of employing dynamic estimation of subjective perception of their own health by schoolchildren for working out and estimation of health-improving programs for determining priorities in eradication of health-impairing risk factors in certain educational institutions. Novelty: there was worked out a technology for introduction of sanitary measures and medico-prophylactical programs at institutions of general education. There was also developed a technology for hygienic estimation of inner picture of schoolchildren's health. Effectiveness: the developed technologies contribute to improvement of medical support of schoolchildren, raising effectiveness of medico-prophylactical programs and sanative systems for children under conditions of educational institutes.
