In order to decrease intensity of diffusion of alloying elements and activation of plastic deformation in a joint it is proposed to use different type interlayers of pure aluminum: perforated, powder and solid interlayers. It is determined that application of perforated interlayers is more perspective. It is defined that during percussion welding in vacuum application of forming matrixes intensify plastic deformation processes in a joint due to increase of shear deformations.
