The technique of definition of time of welding directly in the course of welding and manufacturing techniques of multilayered knots of semi-conductor gauges of pressure of type silicon-glass-silicon for one cycle of welding is developed. Efficiency of use is established at diffusion to welding in vacuum of processes of autopumping out and sublimation. It is shown, that durability of welded connections received through sublimation is more than layer on 15-20 % than durability of connections received directly. It is established, that ionic updating of a chemical compound of blankets of metals is effective way of influence on formation processes diffusion connections at welding by pressure which allows to increase width diffusion zones in 1, 5-2 times and by 15-40 % - durability of connection. Technological process of welding of typical connections of electronic technics with use nаnоdimensional and nаnоstructural layers is developed.
