Optimal geometrical parameters and physical characteristics of materials and interlayer interfaces are determined for ferromagnetic - ferroelectric structures of nano- and microscales. The mechanisms of direct and indirect interactions in magnetic bilayers Сo/Gd, NiFe/Gd and trilayers Fe/Au/Tb are determined. Optimal technological parameters and optimal thicknesses of rare-earth and transition layers, as well as that of Au spacer are found to achieve maximal values of magnetization and Curie temperature.
