According to current investigations in MW-treated nanopowders content of oxygen decreasing on 60 - 30 % compared with initial powders. Decreasing of oxygen quantity and homoganization of treated powders stimulate sintering process. Consolidation of nanostructured powders by spark plasma sintering using optimized schedule (time-peassure-temperature) help us to obtain dense nanoceramic composites at the temperatures on 1500-200 C below then standart schedule. Explored phenomena of "spheric grains" formation after consolidation in gas medium (nitrogen) for nanopowders with high conductivity.
