For the first time the eutectics phase and chemical composition as well as their melting points in the perspective systems Al2O3-Ln(Y)2O3 was determined. The technology for producing of nanocrystalline Al2O3 powders at 650 C was developed. Formation of free-dimensional ceramic implants with symmetric and gradient structure with bending strength 700-1090 MPa was designed. It was shown, that wear of polyethylene in the friction pair with developed bioceramics below, than with bioceramics based on Al2O3/ The production engineering of the plate "self-supported" electrolyte with electric conductivity at 900 C 1.10-1 Om.sm was developed.
