The method of fabrication of ferroelectric multilayer films on substrate and without substrate is developed. The heart of method is that the lead zirconate-titanate filler in the form of fine dispersed syn-thesized mixture of PZTSt-3 material with the Bismuth oxide addition is obtained in high-energy milling devices, mixed with organic vehicle and screen-printed on a different substrate. The high-energy milling of the material reduces the sintering temperature to 820–850°C. That is con-firmed by thermogravimetrical analysis.
