Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 Technologies of borate crystals growth were worked through, and corresponding single crystals (SrB4O7, PbB4O7, a-BaB2O4, LiB3O5) were grown; necessary samples were made and their acoustooptical properties have been investigated; technology of piezotransducers welding on to them and parameter matching was worked through; acoustooptical cells from SrB4O7, a-BaB2O4, LiB3O5 single crystals were produced and their work parameters were investigated.
