The aim: systematic data acquisition and result analysis of experimental investigations of ionosphere by incoherent scatter method. The novelty: by means of incoherent scatter radar, the unique data about ionosphere behavior in middle and high latitudes are obtained. The analysis of the rare phenomenon of coherent echo at the middle latitudes was carried out. Ionosphere database of international format was constructed. The efficiency of introduction: the experimental data essentially promote to solar-terrestrial connections development. The area (branch) of application: the fundamental investigations of solar-terrestrial connections and circum-terrestrial environment; forward-looking technologies of information, the devices of complex automation, the systems of communication.
