Resulted fundamental topological, thermodynamic and economical basic dependences were justified with optimal process integration for industrial sites. The appropriate software for realization of composite process systems integration was developed with taking into account invironmental factors. The principles of digital mapping of chemical process perfomance were formulated and developed. The audit and interview methodies were used for this. The results of investigations were implemented in the development of energy saving retrofit for Ukrainian industries.
