The principal physics of technology for developing of effective flexible and bi-facial Solar Cells is designed. The laboratory samples are made: frontal flexible SC with efficiency 8,9 %, back flexible SC with efficiency 11,4% and record value of specific power up to 2,5 kW/kg. The new type film SC of CdS/CdTe base with a transparent electrode which have a bi-facial photo sensitivity with efficiency 7,9 % on glass substrates and with efficiency 6,1 % on flexible polyimide films is designed.
