The aim of the research work - determination of adaptive potential of plant organisms of different genetic determinate under influence abiotic factors in conditions of high- and lowtemperature stresses, establishment of mechanisms detoxification xenobiotics in adaptation process of plants to exogenous factors action. The methods of research work - colorimetry, spectroscopy, chromatography, amino acid analysis, isoelectrofocusing, microscopy, mathemetical modelling, biometry. The results of the research work - consists of clearing up mechanisms of plants functioning with different level of stability under anthropogenic load and unstable temperature rate, working up methods for determination of different classes bioligands that take part in detoxification of xenobiotics in plants. The results of the work can be used in sphere of ecophysiology ond biochemistry, molecular biology, ecotoxicology, agricultural production and plants selection.
