The purpose of work - an establishment of features of the structural organization and biogeocenotic function of zoocenosis as component of ecosystem processes of self-control under conditions of anthropogenic transformation of an environment and working of protection and restoration actions for the natural environment in ecologically crisis regions. Methods of research: the quantitative both qualitative account of animals, definition of trophic spectrum of animals; flame photometry, atomic absorption spectrophotometry; biochemical; planning of experiment and data statistical processing. Zoocenosis components which accept active participation in ecosystem processes are determined, different kinds of functional activity of animals which promote formation of mechanisms of self-control under conditions of infringement of ecosystem integrity, caused by intensive anthropogenic transformation are revealed. Scientific bases of actions on zoocenosis use in the organization of the general improvement of an environment and restoration of the transformed systems are created. Results can be used by the Ministry of environment protection, the nature protection organizations, departments of ecology of the industrial enterprises, scientific institutes, educational institutions.
