The purpose of investigation is elaboration of stochastic methods and algorithms for increasing reliability and accuracy of electromagnetic testing data proceeding of non-metalic multilayers composite materials using artificial intellect principles. In process of investigations there are elaborated the analitical models of distribution the vector potential of eddy magnetic field in multilayers materials contained the defects in internal layer, distribution of electrophysical characteristics in porous material layer. The theoretical and experimental investigations on models the multilayers composite materials at variation of geometrical and electrophysical parameters of layers are conducted. The untinoise methods of processing the distorted defect images which are adaptive to variation of shape and position of images are elaborated using the artificial intellect principles.
