Research methods - electronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction, metallographic and magnetometric methods, plotting of polyterms of electroresistance. As a result of investigations technological conditions of films sputtering and microwire (MW) moulding have been optimized. Nanocrystalline and amorphous samples of immiscible systems and systems on the basis of carbon and refractory metals with the increased values of coercive forces, temperature factor of resistance andsuperficial electroresistance have been obtained. Features of structure formation in subsurface layers of metal-metalloid alloys during nonequilibrium crystallization as a result of laser processing have been studied. The model of influence of glass covering on change of physical properties of MW has been worked out. Programs for computer simulations of crystallization processes have been worked out. Novelty of results of researches consists in creation of perspective non-equilibrium quenched materials for modern and future science intensive technologies in radio instrument-making industry, technology of SHF, mechanical engineering.
