Results: It was determined the structure of somatic pathology in children group from 5 to 16 years old suffering from epilepsy.It was revealed that the existence of epilepsy had not important influence on the first somatic pathology. Identicaly selected antiepileptical therapy provides positive treatment of epilepsy in existence acute somatic pathology of light and middle degree.The existence influence of the somatic pathology on the epilepsy tendency,testifying about unidentical of antiepileptical drugs or unidentical therapy of somatic pathology.
