Research methods are microscopic, with the use of the MBS-1 microscopes, MBD-15, "Amplival" (increase to 200 times) and biological microscope of the research class XY-B2.. The presence of complex of proof signs reliable in taxonomy and diagnostic aspects allows to set belonging mykro water-plants to concrete taxonomy units (taxonomy is kind, form, variation). On the basis of the got results it is possible to carry out comparative identification researches, to decide the tasks of diagnostic and situation (situational) character. The formed methodical recommendations will be instrumental in distribution of possibilities of judicial-biological examination which is appointed, mainly, against persons (related to murders, causing of bodily harms, raping at al.).
