The purpose of work is development of methods of estimation of actions of drivers in RTA, which took place on crossings. Research methods are visual, metrical, experimental. Actuality of researches is conditioned by the necessity of single approach in relation to estimation of actions of drivers of transport vehicles in RTA, which took place on crossing. On the basis of generalization of expert practice and requirements of Rules of the road of Ukraine single methodical recommendations as evaluated by actions of drivers of transport vehicles during RTA are created. Methodical recommendations can be used in expert practice during conducting of the motor-vehicle examinations related to estimation of actions of drivers of transport vehicles.
