The purpose of work is development on the basis of expert practice and theory on the questions of crediting, single general methods on conducting of judicial-economic examinations on speciality a 11.3 "Research of documents of financial-credit operations" on crediting of physical persons. A research method is the systems and structural analyses of legislative, theoretical and practical material, scientific methods (scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, groupment, comparison, generalization, description). The legal and organizational generals of crediting of physical persons in Ukraine are reflected, descriptions of specific structure of credits of commercial banks are resulted, the analysis of the modern state of crediting of physical persons in Ukraine is carried out. Scientific job performances can be used as methodical material in expert and investigation practice at setting and conducting of judicial-economic examinations.
