The purpose of work is determination of general theoretic and methodical problems of judicial economic examinations, which decide the questions, related to the reflection in the fiscal accounting of results of financially-economic activity book-keeping and after the giving of tourist services, way of decision of these problems. Research methods are collection, generalization and analysis of information, comparison. Except for scientific methods, methods incident to judicial-economic examination were used: documentary verification, comparison, economic analysis and design. Generalization of practice of setting and conducting of judicial economic examinations in matters is conducted, related to the questions of reflection in the fiscal accounting of results of financially-economic activity book-keeping and after the giving of tourist services. On the basis of generalization of expert practice methodical recommendations on conducting of this type of judicial economic examinations are developed.
