The work purpose: researches of the mechanism and technological methods of transetherification of vegetable oils with application of bioethanol, research of kinetic and hydrodynamic conditions of technological process carrying out, search and selection of effective catalysts of process. Experimental works on selection of effective catalysts for transetherification a wide spectrum of vegetable oils are spent, hydrodynamic conditions of process realisation are investigated and optimised, and works on in conditions of cavitation and in vapor-liquid phase are spent. The optimum way is homogeneous transetherification with use of auxiliary solvent and the alkaline catalyst at room temperature is offered. Key parameters of pilot installation are calculated, samples of fat acids ethyl ethers are obtained and analysed. The maximum transetherification conversion for the offeredtechnological mode reaches 96,4 %. . By results obtained the initial data for the trial installation.
