Information × Registration Number 0209U001561, 0107U009330 , R & D reports Title Defects and charge-carrier trapping in epitaxially grown organic nanostructures. properties of composite  nano-materials based on island metal films. popup.stage_title Head Kadashchuk Andrey, Registration Date 09-02-2009 Organization Institute of physics NASU popup.description2 It was established when epitaxial growing of thin films of para-hexiphenyl (PHP) by HWE and MBE on crystal dielectric substrates (KCl, mica) the oriented arias of nanocrystallites are formed, which morphology is determined by the type and temperature of the substrate, and is associated with orientation of PHP molecules relative to its plane. Spectroscopic research of the PHP films recognizes: the defect states of structural origin, which reveal themselves as wide extra luminescence band, that is ~0.5 eV shifted with respect to exciton spectrum, the concentration of the states being very sensitive to growth conditions; the order-disorder phase transition of 2nd type around 20?C, which explained by the planarization of PHP molecules. It was suggested and confirmed experimentally: the model of trion - a metastable bound state of two like-sign polarons with deeply trapped polaron of opposite sign; analytic model of hopping transport of charge carriers upon very high values of their density that takes place in conductive channels of organic FET.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
