Engineering documentation for equipment to carry out experiments is proposed. A technological process for manufacturing an experimental prototype of the horn aerial with drown-in ribs are developed. An experimental prototype of the horn aerial with grown-in ribs is manufactured. Residual stresses in a shell of the horn aerial and their effects on a geometric distortion of an aerial horn are studied.
