The work goal – determination of ways of improving heat engineering, economical, environment protection characteristics of elements of propulsion systems and production equipment. The research methods – mathematical and physical modeling processes, calculated estimates of characteristics of thermogasdynamic processes, project and search developments of engineering decisions, a gasdynamic experiment. Known relations of side forces generated in the nozzle of the rocket engine at a local injection of fuel components are refined and added. Distributions of disturbed pressures and the force diagram along the nozzle are estimated. Parameters of thermogasdynamic processes into the combustion chamber effecting characteristics of flange connections of large – sized solid rocket engines are established. Recommendations for their optimal design are made. Ways of improving economical and environment protectioncharacteristics of production equipment including gas-jet elements are studied. The advisability for preheating the carrying working medium of the gas-jet loose material grinder for number of production processes using super-fine powders is validated. Gas-jet grinding solid loose materials of a different character is tested. Rational lines of super-fine grinding solid loose material of a different character having a wide range of physical properties, including the hardness, density and viscosity, are defined.
