The goal of the work – determination of ways to improve operating and ecological characteristics of the device for gas distributing, thermostatic controlling and dust collecting. Research methods – calculation – experimental methods. The results: calculation-experimental approach of gas distributing device parameters selection, which provide uniform speed profile at lateral gas application to a technological apparatus with distributed along channel section hydraulic resistance is proposed. Regime of ground based service of compartments thermostatic con- trolling system of space vehicle is defined with ITM of NASU and NSAU participation. For based service systems of Zenit-2SLB launcher compartment thermostatic controlling by high pressure air TS-2 speed sensor calibration was made in the wind tunnel of Dnipropetrovsk Na- tional University. Sensors are intended for measurements of air speed ranging from 0.2 to 20 m/s on this system autonomous tests. A methodic of calculating evaluation of expected roping effec- tiveness in vortex dust collector which depends on basic appara- tus geometrical parameters is produced at different correlation of the primary and secondary flows. The vortex dust collector model is made. Parametric research of dust collector allowed to find design and secure parameters providing maximum effec- tiveness of 94% of polydisperse dust separation, which consists of fractions from 0.5 to 50 mcm. Results obtained are used on the development of gas distributing device of apparatus chemical technology to improve vortex dust collecting method for preparation of off-line system processing for Zenit-2SLB space vehicle compartment thermostatic controlling by high pressure air.
