The article of research is basic economic indicators of production and realization of milk and eggs, positions legislatively normative base, grouping of agricultural enterprises on the quantity of maintenance of cows and bird of the productivity, efficiency. Purpose of NIR. In Ukraine there was a clear tendency to the slump of production of milk, that predefined in a number of economic and social problems. The considerable particle of products is made on the simplified technologies. The financial state of agricultural enterprises does not enable to conduct modernization, application of the newest technologies. A production in them of milk and eggs becomes uncompetitive. It is necessary in good time to watch growth of cost of resources which are consumed at the production of goods and to take measures on their compensation with the purpose of support of profits of producers and providing potential possibilities of filling of market of milk products and eggs for creation of terms of development of industry in the conditions of WTO. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition and fundamental positions of economic theory, laws of demand and supply, law of cost, to the marginal utility et al. The followings methods were thus utillized: abstractly logical, economic statistical and economic mathematical, correlation analysis, balance, calculation-structural, groupings, index rows, graphic and others like that. Basic results. The analysis of charges of production of milk and eggs is conducted depending on factors which result in expenses, analysis of efficiency of the operating system of state support and ground of directions of its improvement. The size of charges is studied, prices negotiated a change on consumable resources and developed suggestions on non-admission of unprofitableness of milk and eggs. Efficiency of production of milk and eggs is analysed at the different levels of expense factors. Developed suggestion on stabilizing of price situation on the markets of milk and eggs, the charges of production are grounded, their dependence on a price change on consumable financial resources, minimum possible standard of prices on milk and eggs and requirement in facilities for state support of industry. Recommendation on operative determination of prices is worked, charges and profits at the production of milk, milk products and eggs depending on a change the cost of resources in the conditions of WTO.
