The article of research is basic economic indicators of production and realization of meat of all of kinds, positions legislatively normative base. Purpose of work. In Ukraine there was a clear tendency to the slump of production of goods of stock-raising, that predefined in a number of economic and social problems. Considerable part of products is made on the simplified technologies. The financial state of agricultural enterprises does not enable to conduct modernization, application of the newest technologies. Production in them of meat of cattle, pigs and bird becomes uncompetitive. It is necessary in good time to watch growth of cost of resources which are consumed at the production of goods and to take measures on their compensation with the purpose of support of profits of producers and providing potential possibilities of filling of market of myasoproduktsii for creation of terms of development of industryin the conditions of WTO. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition and fundamental positions of economic theory, laws of demand and supply, law of cost, to the marginal utility et al. The followings methods were thus utillized: abstractly logical, economic statistical and economic mathematical, correlation analysis, balance, calculation-structural, groupings, index rows, graphic and others like that. Basic results. Study of size of charges, prices negotiated a change on consumable resources that development of suggestions on non-admission of unprofitableness of meat of cattle, pigs and bird. Analysis of efficiency of production of meat at the different levels of expense formative factors. Development of standards of minimum prices on meat of cattle, pigs and bird taking into account the normative charges of production, calculation of requirement in state budgetary support on 2009. Developed suggestion on stabilizing of price situation at the market of meat, the charges of production are grounded, their dependence on a price change on consumable financial resources, minimum possible standard of prices on meat of cattle, pigs and bird and requirement in facilities for state support of industry.
